Academic Review Day
25th November 2025 8.30am – 6pm
Dear Parent/Carer,
We would like to invite you to our upcoming Academic Review Day on Tuesday 25th November 2025. School will be closed to all students on this day, but the plan is they will accompany you to the meeting so they can share their views. I hope that by providing advanced notice of the date and time, it will be possible for your meeting to take place face to face.
This is an opportunity for you to meet with your child’s teachers to discuss their progress, achievements, and next steps across all subjects. During the meeting, we will also review their personal targets and discuss how we can continue to support them both academically and socially.
For some students, this meeting will also include their Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP) Annual Review if it is due, and we will use the meeting to review progress against EHCP outcomes and discuss any amendments or additional support required. Relevant professionals may also be invited to attend or contribute reports as part of the review process, please extend this invitation to any other professionals/persons that may be involved in your child’s care.
Appointments will be scheduled on this day between 8:30am and 6.00pm. Please confirm your preferred time by contacting your child’s form tutor via email or ring the school office on 01304 381906, by Friday 15th November 2025.
